Cancellation and Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email or phone with your order details.

2. Return Eligibility

Since our products are handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or not as described. In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by sending clear images and order details to our email.

3. Conditions for Return

Returns will only be accepted if the item:

• Is unused and in its original packaging
• Includes all original tags, invoices, and accessories
• Is reported within 48 hours of delivery for issues like breakage or mismatch

4. Non-Returnable Items

Please note, customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue or damage during transit.

5. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days. In case of COD orders, refunds will be made through UPI or bank transfer after verification.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the product. Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged in transit.
